Getting Back To A Positive Mindset: Starting Over
My Deal:
I just wanted to talk to you about how my mindset took a dip in the wrong direction since 2020 happened to the world.
I had been working on my mindset for years.
I had what I thought at the time was an unshakeable mindset.
I was doing:
- gratitude daily
- saying positive affirmations
- meditating
- constantly listening to self-help podcasts
- etc
Did you feel that way too? With the pandemic, the political environment, etc.
I found myself starting to let all the outside things affect me on the inside.
I went from being such a positive person to being anxious & disheartened. Back to the negative person that it took me years to change.
It even affected my health. I now have RA (rheumatoid arthritis).
So, boom straight into depression.
I used to think I knew what depression felt like until it actually happened to me. It's not something you can just snap out of.
But with all that being said I know what it takes to get back that positive mindset. I just have to start over.

Things are always easier if you have help. I'm ready to take back my power. And shift my mindset back to being the creator of my story. Not letting circumstances be the force that is driving my life.
