Privacy Policy

Hey guys! I just wanted to update my privacy policy since the new GDPR regulations have gone into effect. And to let you know that this blog is in compliance!  I take your PRIVACY as seriously as I TAKE MY OWN! Just to throw that out there!

As subscribers and readers of Third Shift Living, I may hold some information about you such as your contact info. (Your first name & email address) This is to let you know how I collect, use & store that information.

How I collect information

I use Sumo to manage my mailing list. The only way you would have ended up on this list, is if you signed up for it voluntarily. Of if you asked me to place you on the list. There is always an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that I send out, in case you ever want to unsubscribe.

Who has access to your information

I am the only one that has access to your information (which is JUST your contact info). And I would never ever share your information out with anyone else ever!!! 

The only other entity that would have your information would be SUMO & they have their own privacy policy too.. But I assure you, they take your privacy as seriously as I do! But you can find their privacy policy  HERE.

How I use your information

I send out emails usually only when I have posted a new blog post. But you may also receive an email from me for 

• a new giveaway going on
• an awesome product that I think you might be interested in

How do I store your info

Your info is stored on my Sumo app that I have on my blog. It just lists your email address and your first name. That is it & that is all. That is all that I know about you! I don't sell products myself on this blog. So I do not hold any other information than that! I do have a copy of my subscriber list saved to my computer just in case the server goes down. I would hate to lose my subscriber list!

Your rights as a Subscriber

You have the right as a subscriber to ask me about this information. You have the right to ask to be deleted, amended, or transferred off of the list. You can opt-out of any email from me by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of any email from me or by contacting me directly thru email at amymorton54@gmail.com.

I value you as a subscriber. And I would never share your information out to anyone or anything! You are important to me. And your privacy is just as important to me as my own is! Just know that I am here for you if you ever need to ask me anything!
