Ok. On with today's post!
What does fear have to do with manifesting???
Well, I personally think that fear holds us back from manifesting the life that we dream of.. We have to learn to get past our fears in order to manifest what we want!
So let's break fear down and see what it really is..
Richard Dotts author of the book "Dollars Flow Easily To Me," describes fear as F= false E=emotions A=appearing R=real
Think about that for a minute.... False emotions appearing real.. Doesn't that just say it all right there..
When I read that sentence in his book.. That was worth the whole price of the book.. Because it was like a light bulb went off in my head.. False emotions appearing real.. So when you are afraid to do something that you really want to do.. And you let your ego talk you out of it.. It is just false emotions appearing real to you...
Those emotions are not real! They are a safety net to keep you comfortable and safe.. Have you ever felt the exhilaration of doing something new.. Or something someone has dared you to do and you jumped right in there and done it??? That was because you didn't think of the fear.. You just did it..
What is the job of the ego? What is LOA'S job?
Why does the Ego constantly barrage us with the endless mind chatter that keeps us in a state of fear?? (false emotions appearing real?) It's trying to keep you safe and in a comfortable state of mind.
The Law of Attraction's job is matching vibrations. That is it and that is all!
It doesn't care if it is positive or negative. Because the LOA doesn't have feelings like we do.. It's one and only job is to match the vibrations that you are sending out to the universe.. So if you are excited, it will send back to you more things to be excited about.. If you are feeling low, it will send you more things to feel low about..
Remember what you focus on expands. Train yourself to spend at least 15 mins a day focusing on good feelings.. The more you feel good inside the more you are going to attract feeling good! And the more abundant you will become..
Use this affirmation that I am constantly using when I start feeling stress in my life or at my job.. "Things are becoming easier for me." That one lil affirmation has brought my vibes up plenty of times!
It is a great reminder that life is only as hard as we make it.. Repeat it like a mantra if you need to.. Life is becoming easier for me.. Life is becoming easier for me.. See if that helps you to get out of whatever stress or doubts you are having.. Decide that life is easy! Work is easy! You set the standards in your life..
Life isn't happening to YOU!
You are creating the life you are living by your past thoughts, beliefs, your past feelings, emotions, etc! These past thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc have created the reality you are living in right this moment!!!
Just like what you are thinking, feeling and your current beliefs are creating your future reality to come. Which can all change depending on what you change on the inside! The inner work that you do...
When you are at peace with the inner you & and feel content in your life, then the outer or physical (reality) you will reflect that! Your situations will change! You will attract abundance and awesome experiences to yourself if you change the inner you!
What are some things that you can use as triggers to remind yourself to not focus on the FEAR that you perceive as having in your life..
Or how can you remember that fear is just false emotions appearing real? Remember what you focus on expands.. Maybe if you took the focus off of your so-called fear and focused on something else entirely like gratitude for what you do have that would help you to remember that fear is not real! It's just a false emotion that we all have.
Gratitude is a great way to put your focus on something other than lack and fear. Being grateful for what you do have takes the feeling of lack away. And it also attracts more things/situations for you to be grateful for. So write down and say your gratitudes every single day.. Maybe you can use that as a trigger to remind yourself to not focus on Fear!
So, how does fear tie in with manifesting??
It stops you from manifesting what you do want into your reality! Because you are believing those false emotions.Don't let fear stand in your way of having the life that you have always wanted!
